Achimota Hospital joined the global community in observing World Glaucoma Week, commemorated on March 10-16, 2025. This year’s theme, “See the future clearly,” emphasizes the importance of early detection and treatment of glaucoma to prevent vision loss.
Free Screening and Reading Glasses Distribution
To mark this occasion, our hospital organized a free glaucoma screening exercise for staff members on March 13, 2025. Additionally, we distributed reading glasses to staff members to promote eye health and wellness.
